Accelerated Death Benefit Rider
*Included
This rider is included in your policy at no charge. It gives you access to a portion of your policy’s death benefit, if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness resulting in 12 months or less to live.
Child Rider
*Available at additional cost
For $55 per year, add a child rider that covers your children under age 18 up to $10,000. Ask your Quotacy agent for details.
Premium Waiver for Disability
*Available at additional cost
Pacific Life will waive premium payments during a period of total disability lasting six consecutive months or more. The waived payments don’t have to be paid back. This rider is not available on all policies and the cost varies by age.

Guidelines & Exclusions
Term Conversion
- You can convert into a permanent policy at any time during the term until age 70—whichever is earlier.
- Partial conversions are allowed.
Premium Waiver for Disability Rider
- Waiver terminates at age 65.
- Rider not available if you are rated Table 5 or higher.
- Rider not available if death benefit is over $5,000,000.
Accelerated Death Benefit Rider
- You can accelerate up to 75% of the death benefit—not to exceed $100,000.
- Processing fee is $250 when death benefit payout is accelerated.
Child Rider
- Newborn child covered when 15 days old.
- Rider is not available if you are rated Table 5 or higher.
- Maximum coverage amount is $10,000 per policy with a total of $20,000 per child for all policies with Pacific Life.
